We offer Adult Day Programs, In-Home Health Care, Registered Nurse Medication Management, and NOW assisted living home for clients in 11 surrounding counties.

What areas do you service for home care?

Our Day Program is located in downtown Reed City and our home care services are provided in all surrounding counties including Lake, Mason, Manistee, Mecosta, Missaukee, Newaygo, Osceola, and Wexford.

How will I know if my loved one would like/benefit from a day program? 

Our day program is centered around inclusivity and engagement.  Many family members question whether their loved ones would enjoy their time at our day program and we can tell you that we are confident that they will! 

What does a Day Program help with? 

In addition to providing a safe environment for daytime care to your loved one some of the benefits families have reported to us are decreased sundowning and wandering, ability to create memories, increased physical abilities and stamina, mood improvement, and much more. 

Does my insurance cover home care or the Day Program service?

There are some insurances that will assist with the costs associated with both home care services and the day program.  To determine if your specific insurance would cover these costs please contact our main office for a consultation.

My loved one has Alzheimer's or Dementia - can they still come to the day program?

Yes.  Our Day Program specializes in providing care to individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia.  Our day program will structure each activity to meet the needs/abilities of the participant.

What does a home care aide do?

Our home care aides provide a varying level of care to you/ your loved one in the comfort of their own home.  Our aides provide hands-on assistance in the form of bathing, hygiene assistance, light housekeeping, transportation, ambulation assistance, meal preparation and so much more.  Our care plans are developed with you to provide you the level of care and support that YOU need.
